Slow, inefficient, poor commination, defensive and incompetent are a few words I would describe this property management company. They manage the community I live in. I own a single family home in this community for 3 years now. I have 2 major incidents and a few more minor issues. The first major incident is with their accounting system automatically incorrectly adding up fines on lateness with my $86 monthly *** fees. The worst property management company I have experienced in 30 years of having one! Unresponsive, poor communication, wrong information...the list goes on and on.
Premier Management does not respond to their customers. If you live in a neighborhood managed by them, you have to beg and plead for basic services to be completed. They do not respond to emails, and when they eventually do respond, they promise to take care of the issue, but then don't. I don't understand what we are paying for.
PMA was just hired by our Board on March 1,2020.They seem way too big for their britches.They also serve as a puppet for the Board who are shady characters.They are not a good fit for our community and need to be fired along with board members.

i didn't experience any good day with them, they don't service any service call, just collecting money without doing anything, they ar mailing out fines for thinks that i never did, expert in harassment's, always trowing attitude when talking with them, never got anything done with them, horrible experience, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
I am a board member in one of there associations. This is the most unscrupulous organization that I have ever encountered. Dealing directly with Edward ***** owner. In only a years time, Signature Property Group has proven to be poorly run and a detriment to our community. Staff changes on a regular basis as well as contact information. Residents are not kept in the loop with regard to ongoing issues and their responsiveness to inquiries or requests is non-existent. In the short time they have managed our town home community, they have raised the monthly maintenance fees by 41%...
