Terrible service. Denying care to a patient with heart issues because of hidden fees not given to patient at prior appt. Hopefully the patient doesn’t die.
Dr Forde and Dr Ward are amazing and hardworking professionals.They are very through. They take their time with you to know you and find out what is going on with you. If they don't know, they actually try to figure it out and not just say well it is not my problem. They show compassion to everyone. They care about you and your health 100 percent. Thank you for caring so much and nursing me back to good health.
The doctors are amazing but the place it’s self is very unprofessional…… they need help in the hiring department.
First time patient - Dr. Ward was extremely thorough , listens, and I felt I could connect with her more than I ever had with any other doctor. She’s really amazing!!!
This office is all about collecting payments. The billing department is clueless to what the acronym stands for, which in turn will show a copay is required when there’s no copay. They had me wait in the waiting area for an hour trying to verify my copay without saying a word to me. In the waiting area all you see are signs about payment for services.$35 to fill out a form (seriously). $100 if you don’t give 48 hours notice about canceling a cardiology appointment.
