I don’t even know where to begin with Premier Infusion. This has been one of the most infuriating, exhausting, and absurd healthcare experiences I’ve ever dealt with. A month and a half ago, I contacted them because they’re in-network with my insurance. I very specifically asked whether they administer Venofer (IV iron), because MANY infusion centers in Los Angeles do not. They told me yes.
