Over bills and refused to explain their billing techniques. Calls my physician and tells them they cannot get ahold of me. When in fact they have made no attempt to call, email or text. A billing person just told me they were transferring to their supervisor. They actually transferred me to a coworker (Tony) who had been rude, arrogant and condescending. If you have a choice stay far away from premier infusion!!!!
