Dr. Matsuda reattached the Hamstring on the left side. I am 83 and most doctors said I was too old. Dr. Matsuda did my surgery & I am back to hiking & walking. He is amazing. And so is his staff.
After getting a variety of hip-pain diagnoses from different health care professionals, Dr. Matsuda was able to give me a definitive diagnosis and treatment options, both surgical and non-surgical. His process was very thorough. He reviewed my history, took x-rays, did a physical exam and a walking gait-analysis. I found Dr. Matsuda through on-line research and I decided he’d be an ideal person to advise me, and this proved to be so.
In February 2026, Dr. Matsuda performed my right hip surgery for a CAM impingement and labrum tear. I had been feeling pain for 5 months playing as a collegiate soccer player. My surgery went smoothly and my recovery progressed on schedule without pain or setbacks. Dr. Matsuda was a calm and reassuring presence from our very first meeting.
