I even had to bring my kids for bloodwork, and the staff was lovely and accommodating! Very clean, convenient facility and professional staff! Highly recommend!
I was very nervous going into my iron infusion, but this place completely changed my experience. The nurse was so kind, patient, and reassuring. They explained everything step by step and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The environment was calm and clean, and the whole process went much easier than I expected. I’m really grateful for how well I was taken care of—amazing !
I cannot praise this practice enough! Rachel and Yocheved are so wonderful. I always feel heard. Yocheved is very thorough and Rachel is incredible too! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I have been a patient at the practice for years and been to multiple locations. This location in New City is even more warm and inviting. The infusion rooms are all private, the chairs are comfortable. It makes hard treatments easier to tolerate, especially with the amazing nurse that is there! Rachel doesn't treat you only like a patient, she treats you like a human being and becomes company when you need it, happy to accommodate your needs.
