I bought a maintenance plan and the first service for the a/c was done today.
$570 for a basic service call seems steep. Tech was nice and seemed pretty thorough and checked everything but again for basic service and less than 1 lb of refrigerant installed, I think I will be looking around next time. Picture added showing AC set to 68 but house temperature is 75. Tech left around 10:30 a.m. and time of pic was 6:43 pm same day. So I paid close to $600 for nothing?
The service on my air conditioner was excellent and the service technician was polite knowledgeable and efficient.
Zack is always professional and polite. He explains what he’s doing and recaps his work when finished. Very satisfied.
I appreciated the prompt response by Premier and the courteous service Steve P provided.
