She was kind, patient, professional, and helpful throughout the onboarding process. Whenever I had a question or concern, I was able to contact her without a problem. This company could care less about the patient. I'm a provider that reported neglect and abuse to one of their clients and they did nothing. I had to call the police and local adult protective services to go to the home to help the person being abused because they did nothing. I will be calling the BBB and moving forward to shut them down
