Became a patient and multiple visits in 2025. I found the staff not friendly or welcoming as I would have hoped for, especially as a first time patient. I did not feel the 2 female Drs I met with or the front staff were attentive or actively listened to me or each other. I did not meet or be introduced to my primary, until my 3rd visit. They continue to call me today about “a $35 charge I owe”, given me different dates of this missed copay charge, yet each time I have verified with them with my bank statements, it was paid. ... read more
