I love this office! I always get the best service there! I used to have trouble getting through on the phone - but this past Monday I called at 8:00 AM and Caydance (sp?) answered immediately! She got me in at 10:00 with Samantha/Sam. When I arrived Check in went great. Very nice lady! I was taken back early - no wait at all! Nurse and Sam were great! As many others have mentioned, nobody is ever able to answer the phone or will make you sit on hold for 15+ minutes to answer a simple question. Also, make sure to double check that the front desk enters information from your insurance card into their system correctly, or you’ll receive a $500+ charge for an annual wellness visit and routine bloodwork because they messed up the insurance policy start date.
I had a prescription get lost between Premier and my pharmacy. I called, a person named Kaidence Swift answered immediately, knew who I was without even asking (by my phone number, I assume?). After hearing my issue, she offered to immediately call the pharmacy, which she did, and then followed up with the prescribing health professional. Prescription was at the pharmacy within minutes! It's good to find employees working somewhere, who take initiative and get things done!
Severely disappointed in this facility. Went there for a foot Injury and was told nothing is wrong and that I just needed to buy better shoes, provider treated me like a child and they had to send me to a seprate facility to get my xray done because they can't be fully staffed, found out a week later there was in fact a sever foot injury. Still recovering from this injury as it got worse with being on it and extra two weeks until another provider could help. Will not return and won't recommend to anyone else.
