Incompetent condescending and arrogant staff. I called and was very specific with my questions. I called in and explained I need to see a doctor for an adjustment asap since I was in great pain (upper cervical Atlas area). I generally know what was happening because I have been getting chiro care for MANY years. I called on a Thursday. I said Friday or first opportunity next week. Doctors and staff are friendly and nice. However their billing practice is a BAIT and SWITCH! They tell you they are charging a per month charge, schedule you for 2-3 sessions per week, then turn around and charge per visit, which is more than you paid for a month. So, you end up owing more money. Would NOT recommend Premier Health Chiropractors, unless they change their billing practice with up front and open pricing! They will scam you out of money.
I think Premier Health in Roseville is unprofessional, unethical, uneducated, untrained. I would not recommend any believe their prognosis from this man! Terrible service!! I am not sure anyone is trained to do anything medical?? It felt like one big sales pitch to get money! If I could give zero stars I would.... Very disappointed!
This is a great place to go to for chiropractic care. The chiropractors are knowledgeable in multiple areas to treat your individual needs.
