This lady ruined my hair. At first she did a very good job at covering up all the damage she had done. She had me in her chair for over 5 hours while she argued with her husband and went out to shovel the driveway....I have never in my life experienced this type of customer service let alone hair colour exspertise I have silver tones I have yellow tones and I have brassy tones and I don't even know what tones. Pieces of my hair have fallen out due to the damage. She charged me 190 dollars to turn my hair into straw!!!!! This... read more
