Cheaply made softeners that don't work right out of the box. They do not return phone calls or emails so keep calling!
So nice. I love clean water and love to work on the taps for purifier system.
As with all of the other comments on Google this is a terrible system. It leaks to the point where the front out your kitchen cabinet and all of the wood underneath it as well. Sometimes you don't even know it's leaking until it's too late . We have to exchange the entire sink cabinet and possibly the wood floor underneath it. My husband is fixed it a couple times at least he thought he did. And it just always leaks no matter what. It leaks around the faucet area because of the O-rings not being very tight and secure. I bought one of their reverse osmosis water filters 2 to 3 years ago from Costco and have had excellent results with it the filters are very easy to change within a couple minutes without any tools, depending on which system you by simply snap out and snap in. System comes with a 50 gallon membrane which is better than most on the market and also much better reviews than those currently carried by Costco.
