I absolutely love this place and the people! I love that they hold me accountable in a friendly but firm way! Keeps me in check! Totally worth the money! The One on one is great to make sure I am coming and the classes are fun and kick your butt. I recommend this place to anyone looking to lose weight or get fit and is willing to commit!

Each trainer puts their own spin on exercise, which is awesome because you almost never do the same thing twice. All the trainers are great people...even Jamie...and somehow make getting your butt kicked fun.
