This is a wonderful fitness program especially when you are looking for results!
Great group of trainers that help provide results. I'm 3 weeks in and have lost 18 pounds and reduced my body fat over 6%, even with some injuries that hampered me before the first class. The team provides great support and keeps you motivated through text, email and in person. If you want to lose weight and get into better shape this is the place.
