i was very happy i found this office. i was in pain and they saw me same day, diagnosed that i needed root canal. i was always scared of dentists, but the doctor was very nice, explained how root canal goes. she was very gentle, so there was no pain at all. everyone was nice and friendly. the front office manager really helped and explained insurance. i felt respected and taken care of. i now bring my kids here, too, and they are great with kids here.

I have been going to this office for 10 year and love the doctor and staff. The doctor speaks to her staff like they are friends you always feel very welcome in that office as apose to my pcp office.

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine

Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

dentist performed root canal on a 13 year old child (her first) and actually yelled at her when she asked a simple question. "don't disrespect me in my office" My daughter was numbed, exposed and at this point lost all confidence in this doctor. Spoke to the dentist after to explain why my daughter was scared when she asked a question about a large item that was going to be put in her mouth. Dr. Bamford gave me an injection that was so painful I screamed not even a minute after my entire eye went numb . I only went to this office because my insurance changed. I Tried to discuss the matter with Cole their office manager who showed no compassion or concern.
