Great experience here. Got all my questions answered, and my eye issue was finally resolved with a custom hard lens - this was after seeing numerous specialists at HFH who were unable to explain why my vision couldn't be corrected to 20/20; at one time even hearing idiopathic. Even Andrea who helped with my new glasses and how to insert and remove my contact was a pleasure, and if she couldn't answer my question, she followed up with Dr. Garretson. Office staff is very friendly. Doctor took time to get to know me. I really had an all around good experience and will definitely go back for my next exam. Also I loved my glasses!
I was a new patient. Very happy with my appointment. Dr was great, very thorough. Very happy with glasses selection. I haven’t gotten my glasses yet, but expecting that to go well as well.
Professional, on time. I completed an eye exam plus ordered glasses in about 1 hours time. No high pressure sales tactics. Not corporate owned. I was pleasantly surprised with the entire process. I will return and recommend to others.
My first visit- very helpful and friendly staff, no waiting! The doc was very thorough with explanations and recommendations. I have already recommended this office to family.
