I have been a patient here for the past 3-4 years and Dr. Harris is great! His care and expertise is amazing. Unfortunately it’s not enough to deal with the horrible customer service that every receptionist I have encountered provides. Anytime I call or check-in for an appointment they are so rude or sound so miserable as if you are bothering them. I was very satisfied with the service the staff and Dr. Harris provided. All my questions were answered and my appointment was on time. The was clean and comfortable which meant a lot to me.
I just had a great first visit to Dr. Harris’s office. He was very thorough, his bedside manner was wonderful, and the staff that took care of me during my visit were also very kind and professional. Dr. Harris took the time to explain to me the state of my eye in a way that was very detailed. He takes time to educate his patients and I think that’s a wonderful thing.
The office manager is VERY RUDE. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
Everybody from the receptionist to Dr. Harris himself were very professional and helpful the entire time. I would recommend Premier Eye Physicians to any and everyone who needs exams done or education on eye health.
