Dr. Simon seems great, but if you can’t get anybody at the office to call you back or to answer the phone it doesn’t matter. I left one message eight days ago and another message five days ago both with my phone numbers both asking for a call back both talking about a problem that I was having and nobody’s called me back yet. I wanted to get him to fix my cataracts, but if nobody answers the phone or calls back, what difference does it make if he’s good or not?
I had an absolutely horrible experience having my cataract surgery. I was complexity prepped for surgery, IV started, drops in my eyes when a hospital nurse came in and said Dr. Simon's office called and I needed to go over to his office to make a $500 payment before he would do a procedure that was supposed to be done at 8am (and it's now noon). Had a wonderful experience! Had cataract surgery with multifocal lenses. Wonderful outcome and Dr. Simon and his staff were fantastic!!! Highly recommend Dr. Simon!
Dr. Simon has been my Eye Care doctor for several years. I keep returning because of the quality care and friendly atmosphere an his office personnel. My latest services that was provided for me was cataract surgery with having Restol Lenses implanted for both eyes. They are working as Dr. Simon stated in his initial meeting about the implants. I would recommend Dr. Simon and his staff if someone is needing this type of surgery. I followed his recommendation after surgery and my sight is doing great.
I've been seeing Dr. Simon for several years and am extremely happy with the care I've received from him and his staff. He answers my questions and is thorough with his exams and I appreciate how available he is to his patients. I've had many friends and family go to him and would 100% recommend him!
