They have done a great job with removing the negativity the new staff nurses techs dietian and social worker are some of the best. Sounds like Debbie should have worked a little bit longer Dr. Jain and his team of doctors are awesome!
My sister is at the hospital currently getting a run because they cannot seem to accommodate their clientele. This is nothing new, and only getting worse. Nurse was angry and rude to her when she chose to be taken to the hospital. Not a good facility.
I am a patient here and won't be much longer ... they allow the nurses to be rude and talk down to patients Dr. Jain is very rude when trying to tell him what is going on with you he either tells you to talk another doctor or flat out calls you a liar saying you aren't feeling the way you are
This place did not allow my mother in law to change places for dialysis because she questioned why they were changing things. They refused to answer and were so rude my father in law raised questions as well and they made him leave. Still the staff refused to answer questions and continued to be extremely rude. She went to try and get into pernicious and was told because she acted out at premier, they would not take her as a patient!
