Absolutely wonderful experience. I am here for the winter and love my dentist in MA so I was very reluctant to go to another dentist office. There was no need to worry. The hygienist Grace was superb, efficient and very considerate. Felt like a trip to the hairdresser instead. Doctor Cassell was wonderful as well. Knowledgeable, caring and efficient. I have an appointment for next year when I return. So great to have a great dentist to come return to.
I drive all the way from southern Palm Beach county to their Jupiter office for the simple reason that they are so great in every way. The office vibe is so chill and calm. The staff are very professional and respectful. There is never a rush moment. Customer service is clearly so important. Mostly though, the dental work I have done there is top of the line. They are expensive though .
Everyone in office is very nice. They were on time and efficient. Great results!
We have been customers for years based on the fabulous dental hygienist we have been seeing there (Grace) and friendly staff and service by all.
