I have been going to Cities Dental for around 5 years now. I used to live down the road from the Plymouth location and now I live in NE Minneapolis. I still make the trip rain or shine, rush-hour traffic or clear roads because Dr. Lira and his team are worth it. My most recent appointment I got to catch up with Hygienist - Megan - for a cleaning, and was greeted by Receptionist - Sandi - as always. The entire experience was very positive. Professional. Personable. Provided recommendations on better dental hygiene practices. Dr. Lira stopped by to inquire about my satisfaction with a previous crown replacement procedure.
I was totally pleased with all aspects of my appointment. Very professional, courteous and respectful. Explained everything well.
I was there for a cleaning (wonderful job as always) and mentioned I had slightly chipped a tooth. Dr. Lira gave me the extra 1/2 hour needed, fixed it and sent me on my way. My husband was there for a broken tooth repair as well. His office handled the family needs with remarkable skill.
I've been a patient for 18 years now. Even though I've moved more than 25 miles away, they keep me coming back with their superior service.
Just moved over to Dr Lira from my dentist - who just recently retired - very pleased. Great guy, great staff. Our family is looking forward to a long standing relationship.
