I feel we were mislead on the dental procedure my daughter was having done today. She came in for bottom extractions and then told " well, the doctor can only to tops today and will have to refer you to an oral surgeon " We were told this after the doctor had asked the assistant to step out in the hallway and shut the door. When I made this appointment for my daughter the office assistant confirmed back to me that my daughter was coming in for bottom extractions only ! We're extremely disappointed and angry. Quality professionally friendly staff. Dr.Brucci is the best!
A few years ago my daughter recommended Dr. Bucci as I had a Dental Emergency and they took me in right away and I have stayed with them since then. The staff is very friendly and helpful. every time I go for an appointment Dr. Bucci always asks me how I am as he is aware of some of my issues It is amazing how he can remember with so many patients. I would not go back to my old dentist for anything. thanks for being so helpful and understanding.
BEST Dentist office I have ever been too!!!!! Dr. Brucci and ALL the staff are the greatest. They put up with me and all my questions lol
