For the business we offer lease space make ready as well as complete lease space build out or remodel.

We called Premier last week and set up an appointment to have a contractor come out to give us a bid at 1:30 last Friday (11/17/17). Both me and my husband took off work to be there and the contractor (his name is James I believe) didn't show up or even bother calling us. We called Premier and no one at the office answered. We left a voicemail for the office manager and never received a call back from her either. Premier Construction was a surprisingly easy and painless experience. James is incredibly knowledgeable and has a highly skilled crew that works with him. Every morning they would show up at 8:00am, five or six days a week depending on which projects were on-going and have the place cleaned up after a full day’s work. They were respectful of my home and were people who I felt I could trust in my absence. This is the best construction company ever. They remodeled our kitchen and updated our bathrooms with new bathtubs. James Grant is above outstanding in his business integrity and so helpful with suggestion. He has the best group of employees I have ever seen. They show on time they worked through sleet, snow and a torrential downpour. They were considerate, kind and took extra care with all the areas of our house to keep things protected.
