Our just-completed bathroom remodel was the second room that Premier has done for us. The first was our kitchen in 2015. When it came time to do the bathroom, we didn't even consider anyone else for the job. James does exactly what he says he will do and accepts nothing but the best from himself and his workers and suppliers. He is a pleasure to do business with and we can't recommend him highly enough.
Very detailed, professional and upfront. No hidden fees, no surprises, no shortcomings on their promise to deliver the best outcome for the quality, style and finish. Definitely one of the best. We have used Premier Construction several times over the last four years, on projects ranging from a couple of thousand dollars to well into the six figures. The owner, James Grant always follows up with a final walk through no matter the size of the project to insure the quality is up to Premier’s standards and we as a customer are happy with the end result. I called premier 2 weeks ago to have them come out and give me a bid. I took off work so I could meet them but I received a call 2 hours before they were supposed to be here telling me that the job was too small for them to drive from Longview to Union Grove. My issue is they’ve known for 2 weeks what the job is and where it is. Why do they wait until the morning of to tell me they aren’t coming after I’ve taken off work? A complete waste of my time and very unprofessional.
