I would give them a 0 star if I could, Stay far away from this property management company and specifically Patrick. They collected my HOA fees but never credited my account one of my payments and then tried to stop their sale of my condo by reporting that I was behind. This was a month after they were let go from being the property management company.

One of their workers in boulder ridge called the fire department on me for grilling just outside of my garage. I called premier and they told me no charcoal grills are allowed at all. Well that's not what the HOA rules say, they say it is okay 10ft from the building. Literally right from their website. The man on the phone from Premier told me they had talked to the fire chief that morning. I called the fire department and spoke to a fire inspector who confirmed that it was okay to use a charcoal grill 10ft from a multifamil... read more
