If I could give a negative rating I would. I absolutely HATED my experience here with this dealership! I was sketchy from the beginning of dealing here. We stood up to walk out multiple times. The truck we originally wanted was supposedly parked in the front ready for us to go sign papers the next day. As the next day arrived, the finance man, Shawn, called me before 9am telling me a salesman took it upon himself to take the truck home & totalled it. Like how does this even happen? Being my first visit to the service department, I found them to be rather pleasant, courtesy, and on point. I was told it would take a couple of hours and be patient...I went for a bite to eat which didn't seem long and when I returned, my vehicle was waiting for me. It was my first oil change and when I asked the amount due...I was told $0.00, the first one is free. See ya in 5000 miles!!!
Do not hesitate to buy your car here! I was a VERY NERVOUS, first time used car buyer and Dennis "2 Cent" Sanders put me at ease. He picked me up from my home, gave me all the information on the car and let me take it around the city THREE times in the same visit! This place is the epitome of unorganized and “passing the buck.” First, I was promised exactly what I wanted in my Jeep and the one thing that was nonnegotiable for me was having Bluetooth speaker capabilities. Also, was told that tire locks would come with the car and that the rims could be dipped black at the dealership.
