Salesman will work to get you in the vehicle you need
I brought my car in for my service engine light being on. The dealership kept my car 2 days before they could “diagnose it”. All they did was turn my check engine light off! Less then 24 hours later and it’s back on! Service was horrible! The man we dealt with was very rude! Didn’t say 2 words to me as he handed me my keys. I was warned that i shouldn’t take my vehicle there and i didn’t listen. Shame on me. I can guarantee you if my car breaks down right in front of the service station i would have it towed someplace else!
Everyone was amazing and very patient. Laeana did a great job helping me get a vehicle that fits my needs. The sales managers are very willing to work with you. I'm glad I chose them.
Went there for my Ram 3500 . It was making an unusual noise coming from the rear . I was told that’s the noise all 3500s make . Service advisor said two of their technicians looked at it . Both said the same thing . So I test drive one that was on the lot . No noise coming from the rear . I’m no technician, but I’m not stupid . Truck has 12,000 miles on it . I know it shouldn’t be making that noise . Went to another dealership n they told me different.
