The vehicle in question was a retail stock order meaning it was not ordered by a customer but for regular inventory. It was incoming and it met their criteria so we offered to put there name on it to give them first dibs. They said they were concerned about what they would get in trade for their vehicle and we answered "we will figure it out when it gets here, we will try to help." Buying nightmare. Purchased a used vehicle that took them 2 weeks to repair (we found the damage). I was lied to about the reasons for the delay. Was promised an additional key fob, which was mailed to me 4 weeks after the purchase of the car, and it was not programmed. I live out of state and informed them that I have a personalized tag that I wanted to transfer. This is a great place to buy a new car. I was treated very well and I really like the free warranty! I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Tahoe with my wife on 11/30/20!
We purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain SLT from this company in April 2019. They never disclosed that this car was previously damaged in a collision and even told us and showed us a “clean carfax.” It was not until after we traded this vehicle in and saw the updated CarFax posted on the new dealer website that car was previously wrecked back in 2016. We will never work with this dealer again.
