Excellent experience all around. Dr. Thai was so kinda and considerate, and thoroughly explained everything related to my teeth.
I visited Premier Care for the first time today, and it was a wonderful experience. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the office staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Thai and the hygienist were both kind, professional, and thorough, which made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. While going to the dentist isn’t always something to look forward to, this experience has made me confident and comfortable returning in the future.
Dr. Thai is truly the best dentist I have ever had. She is exceptionally kind, informative, and gentle, and she has a way of easing my nerves the moment she begins my care. Dr Thai and her staff are excellent. They treat you with care and take extra effort to manage discomfort. In my recent cleaning, the hygienist is very thorough, not only to do a good job with plaque removal but also being careful around my gums that easily bleed. All of this without me ever saying anything. The office is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing.
