I use this service fairly regularly for work trips and am ALWAYS impressed with the service. Cars are spotless and the drivers are always on time and courteous. I cannot recommend them enough.

We recently used Premier Car Service for round trip airport transportation. The whole experience was excellent. The cars and drivers were lovely. The online booking and payment including tip is very convenient. While the system automatically set a time for our pick up at home, it was easy to modify to a time that we preferred. We instantly received confirmations of the booking to my email and text. We booked this service because it was cheaper than park n fly for an extended trip. Every step was easy from booking to travelling they had it covered. They provided a car seat for our toddler which was critical, they were prompt and polite, and where there was a minor delay picking us up they kept me informed in real time and didn’t make any excuses. We’ll definitely be using Premier Car Service again!

took a stroller piece from the residence to the airport without any instructions and charged $137 to return to owner, even offered to pay half the fair, contacted better business bureau, be careful if he’s not busy he tried to make an extra few bucks
