Extremely unhelpful! I’m going over there today because they sold me a car and gave me a key that from the beginning has not worked properly. Alfredo was cool in the beginning because he sold me the car and then now 2months late my key is now not detecting? And I can’t start my car. They sold us a lemon. We will never buy or recommend buying a car from them. They jack up the prices and within a year you are replacing parts and spending over 1,000 of dollars. Buyer beware. Update that is why your guys lied to me by giving me a false corporate number (was a petco number at the coast) when I called to ask for someone in charged. Was interested in buying a car cash. This auto place is 40min away from my hometown. Someone went down to Fresno for me and they told them the vehicle I was looking for just got sold. I had talked to them an hour before. I called them and Jake told me that his co worker had just sold the car. There was only that salesman there and the car online said it was there for 300 days.
