I went to look at the white ford explorer sport but I didn't like the ticking sound that the ford made she told me because the AC WAS on but I knew that wasn't the case SMH !!!
My experience was very good. Mike is very helpful and you don't feel overly pressured. I experienced some issues with the air conditioning after purchase and Mike and his team fixed it right away. I would buy again and recommend to family and friends.
They contacted me quickly. Review is solely based on that experience. I have not been by there to look at the vehicle in question.
Did not purchase from Premier Auto Locators yet, I was impressed by their promptness, range of inventory, and professionalism!
I drove an hour for a test drive only to find out when I got there the car needed a part before they'd let me drive it.

Trim pieces lose, Fender and bumper did not fit. Dead battery, no brakes. Vehicle obviously not ready to test drive and I had called in advance.
I must say that I am really disappointed in the truck that we came to see all the away from Naples, FL, I wish that I was told of the condition before I spent over $350.00 to take the trip up and back. Giving the one star is a gift!!! Not happy and since this was for my 19 year old son, shame on you. I know about cars all my life, and I can't believe you would even try selling this car for the price your were asking. Amazingly, we should have stayed in Florida, There was a happy ending at another dealership :) Lesson learned... read more
