Very nice customer service but car was sold already.
Showed up to dealership to look at an expedition 10 minutes before closing. Some rude guy came out of the dealership and said no one can help and the dealership is closed. I guess they don’t want to sell vehicles that bad...

The first reply was quick as was the second. I asked several questions about the truck. The reply to that was thank you for your interest in the truck, let us know if you need any further assistance. I never got the questions answered.
The busniess owner was not present but the people I spoke with were helpful and friendly. Although the car was priced over market they were willing to deal and take a trade. However, after test driving the car the car smelled like smoke and there were cigarette butts still in the ashtray. The stereo didn’t have a knob and the blower fan for the a/c and heat did not work. They offered to fix these issues but I did not have the time to wait and it made me feel uneasy. The cigarette butts/smoke smell was the deal breaker

Great dealer and very straight forward; answered all my questions and very quick response. Although the vehicle seems perfect for my needs and my credit is good, at this time I need a bigger down payment so my monthly loan payments are lower. I'm on a fixed income and regret having to pass this deal by but I will certainly look at this dealers inventory again in the future. Thanks again Mike for the quick response!
Drove up from Florida. It was worth it. Mike is a great manager. No pressure.
Got text saying Jeep was available. Drove an hour and a half to find out it had been sold the day before.
