Very Good, Excellent – This is a good company. 95% of drivers are professional, courteous, and above all, genuinely friendly. Jake, the manager is truly hands-on, and if there's ever a problem, it's taken care of quickly, and swiftly. Exceptional, when inmates are not running asylum – I suspect the 5 star review may have been written from inside management to counter the negative review. With that being said, I use Premier all the time. All the vans are exceptionally clean, and in top condition. The drivers are exceptional. Courteous, patient, and do their best, especially with the added pressure due to the present switch over to managed medicaid, a nightmare for all.
