There is no doctor smarter, more caring, or more complete in his treatment than Dr. Desai. To say he is a lifesaver would be an understatement for me.
The worst front office staff I’ve ever experienced. They are disorganized, incompetent, unfriendly and uncaring. They don’t care about their patients or their patients time or their patient’s illness. They view patients as numbers from whom they collect fees and otherwise completely disregard. I would never go back in my lifetime.
Review: Dr. Desai at Tower Urology in Beverly Hills is the greatest doctor I’ve ever been to. I live in Indian Wells and actually drive all the way to Beverly Hills just to see him — that’s how good he is. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, but he also has the greatest personality. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel comfortable. Finding a doctor like him is rare — he’s the absolute best.

the receptionist are incredibly unhelpful and rude. the assistant of dr desai makes zero effort to call back or make any effort to reach out don’t recommend these people.
