the receptionist are incredibly unhelpful and rude. the assistant of dr desai makes zero effort to call back or make any effort to reach out don’t recommend these people.

I have been a patient of Dr. Premal Desai for nearly a decade. I have difficulty putting into words the respect, warmth, and gratitude I feel toward this man. Without going into details, it suffices to say that he has seen me through a number of awkward and difficult diagnoses with great wisdom, empathy, kindness, and skill--combined with a lightness and humor that I have rarely, if ever, found in a physician. The other route I almost had taken would have most likely caused me harm and possibly my ability to care for my elderly mother. Upon Earth he is among true life savers. I just went there for a PHI test then found him to be a better choice to continue with. His advanced experience and ability was a factor in continuing there. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to see Dr Desaei. I was having ongoing pain for several months and I could not get any answers from several specialists. Most doctors just told me to "deal with my pain and I'd get used to it, eventually." Dr Desaei is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors; he was willing to complete multiple tests and try several treatment options until we found a solution to my pain. It has been magical being able to live a normal life again.
