I’ve lived here for 2 years, I it here. All the staff and management are so kind (Melissa, rod and Brittany), this is a great location and they have an awesome app to pay rent that reports to credit bureaus which is so sweet. This is a really quiet and safe complex too, with a great gym and pool. 10/10 place to live!

Apartment itself was nice (but over priced) but rule enforcement is horrendous. As mentioned in other reviews there is never any trash pickup. I saw a half empty Gatorade bottle sit in the parking lot for months. Management also does not enforce lease violations like dog poop or trash/toys left out. It took 6 months of complaints to get the excess bikes being stored under the stairs removed
I lived here for 5 years. It was an amazing place to live until the current property management company took over, and then everything (and I mean everything) went downhill. First of all, check your bills carefully, and expect to have to do half of the office’s job for them. We had quite a few issues with billing errors, for example, them charging us for renters insurance even though we had not one, but two active policies on file.
