Moving across the country, without ever having step foot in Idaho, was certainly a daunting task. Our leasing manager, Brittany, was an absolute angel. She made the entire process quick and easy! As someone who hasn’t lived here but lived near it, I can tell you these apartments definitely make the surrounding community worse. Incredibly loud cars race up and down the streets coming from these apartments, and car alarms go off in the middle of the night frequently.
I recently traveled from out of state specifically to tour these apartments. Despite receiving both an email and a phone call from Prelude confirming my tour, I arrived to find a sign on the door stating the office was closed for staff training. Brittany did come to the door and speak with us. I explained my situation, including the confirmation I had received. My husband and I had a good overall experience living here. The property manager was kind and helpful, though at times a bit forgetful, which led to some inconsistencies in communication. Trash pickup also tended to pile up before collection, and there were a few minor cosmetic issues with the apartments. That said, none of these were dealbreakers, and overall, we would choose to live here again.
