I want to commend Shannon for handling a problem with my rental property. My tenant called and said the water heater was shot and needed replacing. Not intimidated she had a plumber first go by even though the tenant said he worked for the gas co and knew what he was talking about. Turned out the burner and ignite needed cleaning and that the heater was fine. Thanks so much.
After working with other property management companies it was refreshing to find a company that has the knowledge and connections to get the job done right! The agents are skillful and trustworthy, with many years in the industry.
