I highly recommend Danielle as a property manager. She is a leader and a skilled professional. She is excellent at both at helping the Board understand the nuts and bolts of building management and respectfully dealing with the tenants and any day to day building issues that arise. Trash is pileing up for almost 2 weeks. Gardeners came and couldn't do their job and had to leave. Is this a property management problem or a board problem. Also never get a return phone call.
Shannon is an all star. She did take good care of the situation and went the extra mile to explain the constraints she was up against that led up to the overgrown problem. I believe we are now on a regular schedule with a professional gardening team, the owner stopped by to introduce himself and asked if there was anything specific that needed attention. Very professional.. Thanks
