Trash is pileing up for almost 2 weeks. Gardeners came and couldn't do their job and had to leave. Is this a property management problem or a board problem. Also never get a return phone call.
Shannon is an all star. She did take good care of the situation and went the extra mile to explain the constraints she was up against that led up to the overgrown problem. I believe we are now on a regular schedule with a professional gardening team, the owner stopped by to introduce himself and asked if there was anything specific that needed attention.
