The office staff is the worst. After contacting them several times AFTER my PCP sent my paperwork for a referral, they assured me that my paperwork would be reviewed and they would follow up and contact me. Months later, still waiting. The receptionist was rude and condescending.
Have seen her off & on for years. She is amazing! She really cares about her patients, is thorough and professional. Best of all, she is kind, compassionate and approachable- qualities absent in many doctors.
Superb doctor. Personable; professional; caring. Listens to you.
I cannot get in touch to schedule an appointment and I have been trying for weeks. No one will call me back. No one picks up ever. I’ve heard great things about this doctor, but I can’t see the doctor unless I actually have an appointment.
