Double booked my initial appointment and called at the last minute to reschedule. The front desk clerk lacks customer service skills or compassion. Asked to pray during the meeting to which I declined and it was awkward after. They gave instructions to drink water an hour before the appointment, then they were half an hour late to their appointment and I was the only one there. Wonderful place to go to! I didn't have medical coverage the first couple months of my pregnancy and had nowhere else to go to check on how the baby was growing. The staff there was so helpful and so friendly made me feel completely comfortable and safe. I would recommend to anyone and everyone that should be one of the first places you think of if you are having any troubles or are unsure what to do in this kind of situation.
I was adopted in 1960 and consider myself very fortunate. It's such a blessing to have the PRC in our community to assist people in need. Thank you so much.
