Total rip off! Many jobs were left unfinished or hardly even attempted. They told me that my water heater was not serviceable and even put a sticker on it that it cannot be drained or worked on. They said I needed a new one although my water heater has been working fine and only 11 years old. I consulted another plumber and they easily drained my water heater as it should have been.
Please tell your employees to stop throwing out their cigarette butts in our neighborhood. Because of this disregard, we would never use this service.
Great service - and peace of mind! We are really happy with our Prefix subscription. We get everything checked and maintained twice a year - which would never happen if left up to chance! And Prefix has been there in the clutch as well as with the To Do list that eventually needs tending. I appreciate the cheerful and knowledgeable folks working for Prefix.
