Getting an appointment scheduled is a nightmare— you can’t easily schedule online. You have to call, then explain in unnecessary detail the scope of your project (I needed toilet seats installed and I was asked the location of the toilets. Not sure where anyone else’s toilets are, but mine are in the bathrooms. I was then informed they don’t haul off toilets. Okay, good to know. Extremely frustrated with PreFix Home Maintenance's scheduling policy. The bi-annual preventative maintenance visit is the entire reason I pay a monthly fee — it's the only thing that actually gets delivered for that money, since any real repairs are billed separately on top of it. So when I need to reschedule, I expect at least a reasonable amount of flexibility.
