It is comforting to have help monitoring my house bi-yearly. I especially appreciate the tankless water heater descaling, cleaning the dryer vent, changing my ac and frig filters. PreFix also identified some plumbing fixture issues and recommend contacting Moen for free parts, then they came to fix things. All the technicians are respectful and polite as well as skilled.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Prefix and so far my experiences with them were outstanding. Lately, Technician Sukiman Alhakin performed tune ups on my HVACs. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and thoroughly explained the work he had done and pointed out the part of the HVACs that need attention and probably repair in the future that’s not covered by this visit. Services performed by Mr. Alhakin to my understanding, were excellent and gone beyond his normal duties.
Total rip off! Many jobs were left unfinished or hardly even attempted. They told me that my water heater was not serviceable and even put a sticker on it that it cannot be drained or worked on. They said I needed a new one although my water heater has been working fine and only 11 years old. I consulted another plumber and they easily drained my water heater as it should have been.
Please tell your employees to stop throwing out their cigarette butts in our neighborhood. Because of this disregard, we would never use this service.
