I've been using PreFix now for a couple of years. Because I've never been handy (and now I'm at an age where climbing into the attic is prohibited) I've always had a handyman. But PreFix is better. There are two things I really appreciate about their service. One, the standard maintenance is VERY thorough, even more so than I had done before.
