Walked in... Was greeted with a smile. When you're not feeling well, even simple kindness can help. The rest of the medical staff was just as pleasant. I don't plan on getting sick again anytime soon, but if/when I do, I'd go back.
Great service but they need to clean the floors, the rooms and the bathroom. The staff was very professional and nice but it smelled like a vet clinic.
The doctor and nurse were thorough and efficient. They also had great bedside manners. The facility was sparkling clean. Couldn’t ask for better. Plus: they were open on a holiday!
Fast and friendly care. On a holiday weekend when everyone is sick, they are do me an excellent job.

Very professional. I was taken care of immediately. The Dr. Was upfront and kept me advised of everything and kept me at ease during my care. Will definitely go back and refer family and friends!!
I cannot rave enough about how awesome our experience was today! The girl at the front was so sweet and helpful as well as the doctor. They were so kind and patient with my kids and I and I felt truly cared for and that I got the best treatment. Anytime we need an urgent care visit we will ALWAYS use them! They are amazing!
I would like to thank the doctors and staff at Preferred Urgent Care for a wonderful experience. Their courteous professional presence began from the initial telephone call through the entire visit. I highly recommend them for your medical needs.
