Everyone is so nice! They are very proactive in their treatment. My husband has been sick for a week and his Dr. Just tends to call in another prescription. Came here and they are currently doing a chest X-ray and gave him an antibiotic shot and a steroid shot along with a few more prescriptions that are stronger antibiotics and a steroid. His Dr. Couldn't see him until tomorrow. We WILL be back as the need arises. You guys rock!!
I went to Preferred Urgent Care a on 4/20 after I fell on both knees while trying to bowl my 3rd strike in a row. While at work I realized that the pain had not subsided at all. I placed a call to urgent care and went there during my lunch break. They were fast and professional. She gave me everything I needed and explained what would help me get back to normal before next week's bowling. I made it to their location and back before my lunch hour was over.
Fast and friendly service. In and out within 30 minutes. I felt like the staff was knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns.
I recently moved back to Katy and started battling a sinus infection/upper respiratory illness. I decided to visit Prefered Urgent Care-Katy and was pleasantly surprised with the entire experience. Fast, professional, courteous and knowledgeable service given by the staff that I've never experienced at any other urgent care facility. I highly recommend Prefered Urgent Care-Katy!

While visiting grandbabies in Katy, TX I came down with "the upper respiratory crud"! Not wanting to spend my entire weekend quarantined in a hotel room away from them, my stepson recommended PUC. They took me in immediately, provided quality care and immediate relief. They had a problem getting my insurance to go through so I paid directly.
