Just visited today for a allergic reaction. Diane was wonderful and so was the other staff. The visit was cheap, nice and quick.
I have been to Preferred Urgent Care - Katy, twice in two days. Once for myself and once so my husband could hopefully put a stop to this awful flu. Both visits, we were treated with friendliness and professionalism. I was impressed with the promptness at which we were seen and the genuine warmth of the doctors and staff. The offices are clean and it is a convenient location for anyone living in Cinco Ranch
Was quick, the staff was very nice. The doctor was awesome. Very clean.
I loved the option of making my appointment online. I got in as the first patient of the day, I was given a test and was confirmed that I had the flu and on my way home in just a few minutes. The prescriptions were sent directly to my pharmacy so I was able to go home and wait instead of driving to the pharmacy. The staff was very courteous and professional.
Their service is quick and their healthcare professionals are kind and thorough.
I had a lingering tension headache last week. I stopped by Preferred and it was easy to check in and the staff was professional. I like this urgent care because it is not high cost like ERs or a long wait. Thanks guys, my headache is gone and I’m back to normal!
I had a splinter that I could not get to with a needle and tweezers. This splinter caused pain the minute it broke the skin till Katy urgent care removed it tonight. I walked out without my finger hurting if I touched it. Great feeling.
Very friendly staff and Drs!!! Helpful and knowledgeable!! There are so many urgent cares closer to my house but I always drive the extra to go there and have never been disappointed!!! Definitely worth it!!
