Best company EVER!
This company was responsible for scheduling warranty service for my hot water heater. They scheduled a local tech to come to my place a week after I reported my hot water heater being out. That tech (a contractor) failed to contact me or show for the appointment. Preferred sales then told me they would need permission to get a technician from further away to come to just check my hot water heater, but it would most likely be several more weeks.
