Garrett was responsive, thorough and professional in stewarding the project. He provided options based on budget and photos of specifics areas of the roof that could or should be addressed. He further used a drone (with photos) to provide a comprehensive understanding of the roof's condition. The crew working on the repair was responsive and respectful of the properties (mine and our neighbors). It was a hot humid day, however they worked tirelessly in completing the project in one day.
