They found some design flaws needing fixing that two other contractors missed. Preferred Roofing was always very responsive to my questions during their proposal and work activity. The repair work was completed quickly and professionally.
Preferred Roofing was extremely easy to work with from start to finish. They did an amazing job with replacing our roof and it turned out beautifully. We got four estimates from four different companies before deciding on Preferred Roofing. We chose Preferred Roofing because they offered an extremely fair price while offering the best warranty on labor and materials which was most important to us. The whole job took only three days on a 1400 sq frt house and 400 sq ft garage.
