You only notice the roof leak when it rains. Preferred Roofing was the only company that responded. The others were too busy to return a call. They gave me an initial quote regarding tarping the roof until the rain stopped and a repair could be done. Their response was very timely. They were also busy. The repair was made between storms and was done quickly and quietly. A follow up call was made after the ensuing rain to make sure it was done properly and that I was satisfied. They will remain part of my to-go list.

From the moment I called Preferred Roofing and spoke to a gentleman that guided me with the whole process of who would be contacting me.
