I am giving this review based on my experience. I have only been renting this current location for 2 months now. When I recieved my keys on a Friday I found that I had no hot water in the home. I was without hot water for 8 days until parts were replaced on water heater me and my kids had to take cold showers this entire duration. There was even an opportunity where the water heater could have been fixed sooner, i even offered to pay for parts and get reimbursed later, and owner said no because they didnt want to pay out of ... read more
