I live in an old house in Miami. I needed a piece for the cold water valve under the kitchen sink. I went to Ace and consulted with their plumbing guy. No joy. My wife Googled plumbing and found Preferred Plumbing Supply. The fellow behind the counter immediately recognized my part and sold me a replacement for under $10. Great place with knowledgable staff.
This is the worst company that I’ve ever seen in my 68 years. I have never seen a business that refused to help the customer over the phone meaning if you’re calling to find out if they have a item or how many inches it is they put a limit on how many times you should call as a business. It is your job to answer the customer‘s needs.
