They were able to help re-pipe an outdoor waterline that was in our way. I'm glad they came out, it wasn't too expensive. I'd recommend them
I called them on a weekend, later in the evening. I was worried that no one would come out on short notice, but the people at Preferred Plumbing were able to come out that same day. Zach was our tech. They were able to fix a leak coming from our washer, where the unit connected to the wall. I'm very happy with the work he did.
The service was great and the plumbers were on time. 5-star service.
The tech that came out, was able to fix our garbage disposal by replacing the entire unit. It didn't take long. The price was fair, he did have to go get a new one. We paid for that and the service call. The problem has been fixed since Jason came out. Thank you for fixing the problem!
I called them late yesterday evening. They came out within the hour and fixed the problem. The tech was very nice, friendly. Pricing was reasonable.
